Welcome to Feed The Soul LLC, established in October 2020 with a mission to support individuals in building emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and the practical skills needed to live with greater balance, confidence, and purpose. Through a person-centered and strengths-based approach, I help clients navigate developmental disabilities, mental health challenges, and life transitions while developing emotional regulation, communication skills, and independence. My work blends clinical experience with emotional intelligence and mindfulness to create a supportive, structured space for real growth and change. At Feed The Soul LLC, healing and development are approached with compassion, clarity, and respect for each person’s unique journey and I’m honored to walk alongside you in that process.
My Story
I help individuals build emotional intelligence, confidence, and the skills needed for a more balanced and fulfilling life.
I hold a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling and am a Certified Counselor, Certified Emotional Intelligence (EQ) Practitioner, and trained Postpartum Doula. With over 15 years of experience in mental health and social services, my background includes 5 years as a Service Coordinator for Regional Center, along with roles as a Director in a psychiatric facility, Social Worker, and Director of Social Services for youth group homes.
I specialize in supporting individuals with developmental and mental health challenges, as well as those navigating life transitions. My approach is person-centered, practical, and focused on building self-awareness, independence, and meaningful relationships.
Outside of my work, I enjoy Tai Chi, spending time at the beach, and cooking practices that keep me grounded and influence the holistic care I provide.
