Do people even know what they are doing?

This is such a real and honest question… and the short answer is: most people are figuring it out as they go.
Even those who seem like they “have it all together” often wrestle with uncertainty, doubt, or shifts in direction behind the scenes. My mind has changed in a matter of days, hours, minutes and seconds. Entrepreneurship is a constant fluctuation of my mind changing in order to achieve my overall goal. To be comfortable with that is quite difficult. I’ve realized that… it’s difficult .. because my attachment to the plan I created in my mind has to change.. which makes me think that … my ideas may not be good enough. see how doubt creeps in?
The constant pivoting and rearranging never stops. After deep reflection, I allowed grace and compassion to enter and I reminded myself that no one has it all figured it out. Everyone on this earth is just trying to figure it out. Soooo, I should stop being so hard on myself. Afterall, we are a floating ball in space orbiting around in nothingness.. so does changing course actually matter?… No, it doesn’t…
Look at it this way, life doesn’t usually come with a clear roadmap, and our goals, values, and passions evolve over time. A lot of folks are doing the best they can with what they know, adjusting course when things don’t go as planned.
Some people might find purpose early on and feel confident in their path, but even they face challenges that make them question things. Others might feel lost or unsure at times and that’s completely normal, too.
The beauty is, you don’t need to have it all figured out to move forward. Reflection, curiosity, and small intentional steps are often more powerful than chasing a perfect plan.
Do you feel like you're in a season of figuring things out yourself right now?
