As spring matures into May, we’re embracing the full bloom of the season and with it, an opportunity to nourish more than just the body. May is Mental Health Awareness Month, a time to reflect on the importance of caring for our inner world just as much as we care for our physical health.


That’s why Feed The Soul, my counseling and mental health business, is showing up at the farmers market this month. We’ll be there not just to talk about mental wellness, but to create a space of calm, grounding, and real conversation.
