Erica Thompson
Founder & Educator
Erica has had the privilege of working with people with developmental disabilities, mental health disabilities and guiding them through challenges and celebrating their unique strengths. She is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor who holds a Masters in Rehabilitation Counseling and a Bachelors in Biological Psychology.​ Erica also holds a certification in Emotional Intelligence as a Practitioner. Erica has been a social worker, behavior therapist and an Assistant Program Director of a Psychiatric Facility. Erica has traveled to Bali, Indonesia to assist in their psychiatric services to spread awareness and teach English. She enjoys giving back to the community any way she can. When she is not working with clients you’ll likely find her on the beach, practicing Tai Chi, or spending time with those closest to her. Her family and friends are her foundation, and their love and support inspire her to be the best version of herself, both personally and professionally.

Tammi Terrell Morri
Educator
Tammi Terrell Morris, a dedicated advocate for the developmentally disabled community, brings over two decades of experience to Feed the Soul. Holding a Master's in Leadership and Management, Tammi has excelled in various roles, including job coaching, program management, and consumer service coordination. Her proven ability to foster connections and inspire creativity has made her a valuable asset in organizations. Outside of work, Tammi enjoys spending quality time with her wife Shadae and their two sons.

Rebecca Diaz
Educator
Rebecca Diaz holds a Bachelor's in Psychology with a minor in Religious Studies from Notre Dame de Namur. With a strong background in Social Services and Mental Health, she has served as a Behavior Therapist and Mental Health Counselor, supporting individuals through challenging mental health journeys.
Rebecca is deeply committed to public service and community involvement, volunteering with organizations like the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of America (CCFA). She has an extensive history working with both children and adults. Outside of her professional life, Rebecca enjoys unwinding by taking long drives and relaxing on the beach, finding peace and balance in the simple pleasures of life.Hablo español.
